Had my first tattoo here recently. Facility is clean and they take all the necessary Covid-19 cautions to ensure a safe environment for customers. I highly recommend looking into Fleur as they offer a wide variety of artists and styles!

I got a tattoo here 11 months ago. I picked Burak for the artist and I could not be happier with the entire experience. The communication was great, we did a consult to talk about the tattoo in advance ( like a six-year-old I made a crappy taped-together collage picture of what I wanted and Burak turned it into actual art like a wizard). Burak is a very nice person who really wants to make sure you get a great piece of art. I recommend Fleur Noire and Burak extremely highly and would love to go back again someday : )

This place is nothing short of magical. From the moment you walk in, you feel a vibrancy ... and it makes you confident. That's not due to clever marketing. The artists here are some of the best in New York. I'd been following them for months and eager to work with them on my next tattoo. Sometimes, a studio that houses talent like this one can be off-putting with egos and machine-like customer service.

That was not the case. Everyone here makes you feel welcome. I plan to visit again when I'm in the area and ready for my next piece.

I stopped in here for a consultation and my first tattoo and was nothing but impressed. The staff was friendly and the work was/is impeccable. I highly recommend the shop as the artists have true grit and talent and you really get what you pay for. The artists are open to suggestions and understand how important the perfect tattoo is and will work with you along the way.

Simon was great and I always felt like my concerns and suggestions were not only heard but appreciated. Stop in for a tattoo but definitely get an appointment as they book quickly!!
